We accept exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
If the item does not fit or the customer would like to change the size, the customer is responsible for the return and exchange fees. If the issue was caused by ARAAM, such as receiving the wrong size, a damaged item, or a defective item, ARAAM will cover the return and exchange costs.
To request a return or exchange, contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram DM, including your order number and reason for the request.
